Our Trails

The Bluegrass Region of Kentucky offers numerous trail riding opportunities for mountain bikers. Most local trail networks are found in our parks, but there are a few land areas that offer trails for mountain bikes too. The trails in our region are primarily singletrack consisting of dirt, roots, and limestone rock, and traverse rolling hills with occasional steep slopes.

Riding during wet weather damages our local trail system by creating ruts and hazardous conditions for all users. Check the Trail Conditions page for the most up-to-date conditions before planning a ride. Please respect trail closures to protect the valuable time and energy of our trail stewards and volunteers!
